⚠ : This procedure is only possible with Bluetooth Mesh lamps.

(Bulbs, Panels, Ceilings, StripLED ... AwoX and EGLO)

• First, remove your lamp from the application by long press on its icon and then use the trash can.

• Then perform the electrical reset factory process on your lamp using a switch :

1. Start by switching off your lamp (about 10 seconds).
2. ON: (Turn on the lamp) less than a second
3. OFF : (Turn off the lamp) 6 seconds
4. ON : < 1 sec
5. OFF : 6 secs
6. ON : < 1 sec
7. OFF : 6 secs
8. ON : 12 secs
9. OFF : 6 secs
10. ON : 12 secs
11. OFF : 6 secs
12. ON : Lamp flashes, then turns red

• Once the reset is done (lamp in red), add the lamp to the application with the "+" button from the "My Devices" screen.
